Spa Policies

Please review our Spa Policies as they are an important part to ensure you have the best possible experience. We aim to provide you the highest quality services and results. These policies ensure the safety of you and our staff.


♦ Our scheduling is designed to permit enough time to complete your service or treatment. Please help us by being prompt so that we may better serve you.

♦ If your usual stylist or technician is not available at a convenient time for you, please feel free to book your appointment with another Team Member — experience a fresh approach!

♦ Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from purchase date. After 1 year, there will be a $10/month service charge deducted from issuance amount. Please be sure to present your card when service is rendered. Lost Gift Cards will not be honored, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sorry no refunds.

♦ For your protection, please wear the smock provided for you.

♦ Please give 48 hours notice when canceling any spa package.

♦ When booking a service please inform Receptionist of any health issues, or the possibility of pregnancy.

♦ We cannot make substitutions in packages. We will be pleased to customize any package to fit your need.

♦ Please arrive 15 minutes early for spa services, which are performed upstairs, to allow time to check in and fill out consultation forms. We recommend that jewelry and valuables be left at home.

♦ Salons are not safe places for children. In the interest of their safety and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you watch them carefully, or make appropriate arrangements to avoid inconveniencing our other clients.

♦ Children will not be allowed upstairs in the Spa Area unless they are receiving a service. Thank you for your cooperation!

♦ Retail products can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

♦ Phone orders for gift cards and baskets are welcome.

♦ Corporate gift cards or customized packages are available.

♦ Credit cards accepted — MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express...sorry but we cannot accept gratuity on credit card or check payments.

♦ Hours — Tuesday -Thursday - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. | Saturday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.



For your convenience, gratuities are included in all spa packages.
There will be an additional charge for up-styles.
When scheduling packages, please book 6-8 weeks in advance, multiple bookings may take longer.
